 Services

ZLB AutoCare provides professional vehicle detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction, waxing, and add-on options.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service location.

 Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a fee.

  • ZLB AutoCare reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services due to weather, vehicle condition, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

  • Deposits may be required for select services or mobile appointments.

Vehicle Condition

Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service.
ZLB AutoCare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
Pricing may be adjusted based on excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions not disclosed during booking.

 Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, ZLB AutoCare is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to paint, upholstery, or vehicle surfaces

  • Damage resulting from faulty parts, poor previous repairs, or existing rust

  • Mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after detailing

We will always communicate any concerns and do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

 Mobile Detailing Services

For customers using our mobile detailing option:

  • The service area must provide safe, legal, and accessible parking for our team to perform the work.

  • If water or power access is required, customers must provide a suitable source unless other arrangements have been made.

  • In the event of bad weather (rain, snow, extreme heat/cold), ZLB AutoCare reserves the right to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe service locations, poor lighting, or hazardous surroundings.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

 Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the site.
All website content — including text, logos, and images — is the property of ZLB AutoCare and may not be reproduced without permission.

 Privacy
