At ZLB AutoCare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality car detailing services and strive to ensure every customer leaves happy with the results. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or adjustments may be issued.

 Service Satisfaction

Because detailing is a labor-based service, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can inspect your vehicle and address any concerns.
If an issue is found to be the result of our work, we will gladly re-do or correct the service at no additional charge.

Deposits and Cancellations

  • Some services or mobile appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or fail to show up.

  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we can apply your deposit toward a future appointment or issue a refund upon request.

 Weather or Unexpected Circumstances

If a mobile service must be rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unsafe working conditions), your deposit or payment will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to complete your service due to reasons on our end.

 Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they may be transferred to another person or applied to a future booking unless otherwise stated.
